Structural, Composite Architectural Wall Panels

MSD Design Ltd were contracted to design, manufacture and install Aluminium clad, GRP/Polyurethane Foam filled structural wall panels which were used to form both closed and open areas for the stair wells and open plant areas on roofs of the newly refurbished building.

The panels were manufactured in Aberdeen from GRP and filled with free rise PU to create strong insulated units which were subsequently clad with powder coated, pre-formed and perforated aluminium panels.

The completed panel assemblies were bolted and sealed to the already installed new steel main structure.

The project was completed by MSD Design Ltd, to a very high standard, safely, on budget and on time.
