Coiled Tubing Tower

 

Sectional Tower Frame – Structural Design.

 

The detailed design of a six section coiled tubing tower. Five fixed height sections and a hydraulically actuated top section with variable height. The project involved the production of all structural calculations to the relevant codes, taking into account maximum loads as required by the client and wind speeds with regard to the tower stability.

 

Fabrication drawings were also produced and subject to our draughting check procedure.
