Composite wall panels for recycling plants – GRP Design & Manufacture.

 

Design, manufacture and supply of structural insulating wall panels for several industrial composter sites throughout the UK and Ireland. The panels, which are used to line the bays of large steel composting structures, provide the insulation needed to retain heat build-up during the composting process. The panels are chemical and heat resistant.

 

Each panel is manufactured to withstand loads of over 2500 kg and temperatures above 80°C in an ammonia-rich atmosphere. The panels have a volume of over 1m3 and have been rigorously tested in autoclaves whilst loaded with heavy weights. They have also been subjected to extreme hydrostatic loadings in water test tanks.
